Our family

The Talent School was founded by a coalition of tech entrepreneurs, who questioned why there has been little - if any- disruption in the K-12 education space during their lifetimes.  We often get the question - who is your school for?  Well, it's for our children and others like them:  

 

• Kids who have talents that need time to be honed - equestrians, actors, engineers, actors, athletes, entrepreneurs, etc

• Kids who don't love traditional school because they aren't in that standardized 70%...and come on...that's what makes them special 

• Families who have the flexibility to travel and don't want school to be a barrier to exceptional (and arguably more important) experiences for their families  

• Families who want their children to work on skills outside of the classroom.  Let's be honest here.  Cursive is pretty - learning crypto is smart  

• Families who want some in-person support and community but don’t want their children warehoused in school from 8-3 every weekday
